The cages on the left are made for canaries but they work very well for finches.  There are 60 in all  and
they have lots of attachments you
can use like water bottles and salad holders etc.  I have solid dividers
in them.  The 20 individuals on the right are some that I built years
ago.  They work just as well.  They have a slide out drawer for cleaning.
The cages on the left I built for small groups of 8 to 10 birds.  They work good as long as they get moved together and you don't add any new birds later.  The cages on the right are modified utility cages.I divided them in half and took the floors out.  Then I use fake grass on the bottom.  A trio on each side.  I use these cages for rare colors and making new ones!

Both pictures are 6 flights I use for growing and holding both the
buttons and the finches. They are 4ft
by 8ft.  The cages are have plenty of space for the birds to grow in. Hopper feeders and automatic waters for the finches helps ease the daily workload.
