   live arrival is guaranteed on all same day airline shipments. absolutly no money refund for dead on arrivals. although rare, any doa will be replaced but buyer is responsable for any additional shipping fees. some kind of proof is needed: photos, return of band etc. some exceptions do apply and will be noted prior to sale and delivery. airline shipping is the safest way to ship because they arrive in a matter of hours. more expensive but less risk and stress on the birds. 
  
   not all areas are available for express delivery through post office.  you will have to check with your post office to see if your area qualifies. express deliveries through the post office is safe, but the birds are in tansit longer and risk is higher.
